Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every Aelóra piece. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns work.

Returns

• You can return in-stock items within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pre-order pieces

Pre-order pieces are made to order, so they can't be refunded. Unworn pre-order pieces with tags attached can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.

How to start a return

Email us at shopaeloraatelier@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
